How can I register as Mahnee merchant?
First, you need to download Mahnee Merchant App from Google Play Store or App Store. Launch the Mahnee Merchant App and start with registration. If you don't have any Mahnee User account with us, just tap "No, I don't" button.
How to upgrade from old merchant plan to new merchant plan?
20 September 2019 onward, we have updated our merchant plan. Any existing Reward Points balance in your account will be converted into our new merchant plan. What documents are required for a Merchant registration?
1.Business owner's government issued identity card ( I.C) 2.Business Name as registered with government. 3.Business registration ID. Business owner need to confirm the business name and business registration ID key in for application is correct and accurate, all the required document will provided by our third party supplier : mydata.kyckr.com. My merchant account has been approved but I can't see my business in the Mahnee App.
Business owner need to fill in all the relevant information in the various fields before we publish your company information on the app. We need to have your Company logo, product information and even the location of your retail outlet in order to let Mahnee users find you. You may set up your business information in "Brand & Location".
Can I choose which type of reward to send to my customer?
No. With effective from 20 September 2019, any merchant who sign up our new merchant plan, the type of reward your customer received will be decided by AI. As merchant, you just need to key in the amount you wish to send.
We have a business website. How can I list my business in the "Online Merchant" category?
Get in touch with us and we will provide you with our API. After API integration and the tests have concluded, we will add your business to our list of "Online Merchants".
Can I register my business as Mahnee merchant?
Yes, we welcome businesses to join us as Mahnee merchants. If you wish to know about Mahnee Merchant, please get in touch with us.
Can I change my merchant plan?
Yes, you can change your merchant plan from Pay-As-You-Go to Monthly or Yearly Package or from Monthly to Yearly Package. Click on the "RELOAD" button and follow the step as below: 1. From Pay-As-You-Go to Monthly Package
Is there any max per transaction?
Yes, there will be a limit on the point you can send to your customer. The max amount is based on the monthly reloaded amount.
