If your friend sent you a link, please click on that link and Register. Then, download the Mahnee App from the Google Play Store / App Store. Register using a valid Gmail or Facebook account. How do I verify my email?
To verify your email : Go to Setting -> Edit profile -> Account Click "verify", we will send a verification email to your registered email address. Should the email not be in your mailbox, please check the SPAM email box. Open the email and click on the "Verify my email address".

You can get your sponsor code & referral link in "Home -> QR Code". Your sponsor link is the link under the QR code, sample : https://join.mahnee.com/users/MDEMO Your sponsor code is the last 5 Alphabets at the end of your link (MDEMO). The sponsor code is unique and non repeatable.

Can I remove my Mahnee account?
We are not allowed to remove any User account as this against our company policy. Should you insist on account removal, the registered email address will be frozen for a period not exceeding 12 months and you will be unable to register as a Mahnee User.

Yes, just log in to your Mahnee account and edit your phone number in Setting -> Edit Profile -> Phone number.

What is a Business User?
A Business User account allows a Company to collect Reward points from its purchases. Only Companies may register for a Business User account. The Company owner / Director can use this Business User account to monitor and check on the Reward accumulated by the Company.
How do I verify my personal details?

The security of your Mahnee account is important to us. Verifying your details lets us know that you truly own your account. It also allows us to better assist you should you need any support.
