It will take up to 15 days for your transaction to be processed and reflected in your Mahnee account. If you are still unable to see your transaction in your Mahnee Pocket after 15 days, that means your transaction was not tracked. 

Your transaction might not have been tracked due to the following reasons:

You may not have clicked from within the Mahnee App when making a purchase.
You may have opened another App when making the order.
You may not have abided by the Merchant’s Terms & Conditions when ordering through Mahnee.
There was a cancellation, return or exchange of your product.
You have used a coupon, voucher code, gift card, discount code not listed on Mahnee.
You have "Ad blocking“ App or other similar software installed in your phone/browser.
You have open too many tab in your browser.
You didn't allow cookies on your phone & web browser.
To avoid lost track, we recommend you do not order through your PC.

If none of the above applies to you, please provide us your purchase / transaction information as listed below & we will escalate your case to the relevant online merchant for investigation.

Any lost track transaction investigation would take up to 45 days for most merchant to check whether the order is attributed to Mahnee. 

Do note that any lost track requests for orders made more than 3 months ago will not be processed. Transaction records are only kept for 3 months from the date of purchase.
