Your receipt submitted for Beyond or Cashback would get rejected if your receipt does not meet the criteria.

Receipt will be rejected if:

Image not clear
Duplicate receipt, 1 receipt only allow for 1 transaction
Bank Slip not acceptable
TnG reload pin, telco prepaid reload pin and other reload pin.
Buyer is not account owner.
Receipt not issued from the merchant which registered with Mahnee, invalid merchant.
Other document that is not official receipt, ie : no invoice/receipt number, no date, no total amount, no item.
Amount on receipt does not match with the reward points.
Suspicious transaction.

You can resubmit your receipt if your previous receipt is rejected :
