For all online store purchases, they will have a time frame which is set for sales confirmation. They will only confirm the purchase when there is no refund or reject after the specific time period. After confirmation, the online merchant will only provide us the commission in order for us to provide rebates. 

We can't guarantee when the merchant will complete the validation and make payment, if you haven't received the reward after estimated date, this means that there has been a delay from the merchant side. 

Do note that rewards is dependent on our online advertiser store's purchase validation, they reserves the right to cancel or delay the reward should an online advertiser store alter their policies or delay their commission payments. 

We will however do our best to follow-up with the relevant online advertiser and once they release payment to us, only then we able to release your rewards.
