Spending Goal is the number of transactions required to keep your Rewards active. Achieve your Spending Goal with any online or offline transaction within the Countdown Time. Each Countdown Time has a total of 30 Days (1 Cycle). Understanding the various statuses on your transaction
Processing: user submit receipt, reviewing by Mahnee. All receipt that approved by Mahnee will be pending for 7 days, to ensure there is no cancellation/refund/exchange. Your receipt submitted for Beyond or Cashback would get rejected if your receipt does not meet the criteria. Receipt will be rejected if: Image not clear Duplicate receipt, 1 receipt only allow for 1 transaction Bank Slip not acceptable TnG reload pin, telco prepaid reload pin and other reload pin. Why my rewards has passed the pending period but has not turned “Received”?
For all online store purchases, they will have a time frame which is set for sales confirmation. They will only confirm the purchase when there is no refund or reject after the specific time period. After confirmation, the online merchant will only provide us the commission in order for us to provide rebates. We can't guarantee when the merchant will complete the validation and make payment, if you haven't received the reward after estimated date, this means that there has been a delay from th

It will take up to 15 days for your transaction to be processed and reflected in your Mahnee account. If you are still unable to see your transaction in your Mahnee Pocket after 15 days, that means your transaction was not tracked. Why is my transaction still pending?

Yes. Online merchants reserve the right to reject any transaction.
What is "Est Tracked Start" & "Est Rewards Start" ?
Est Tracked Start : The number of days that Mahnee used to track your online transaction. Est Rewards Start : The number of days that online merchant used to validated your transaction. Your transaction will turn from "pending" to "received" once we have received the payment from them. Each merchant will have different time frame.
How to know which type of Reward is offered by a business?
Next to the merchant name there are a number of squares. Only the ones that are colored are the Rewards offered by that Merchant. If the square is grey, that Reward is currently not offered by the Merchant. For online merchant, the type of reward will only confirm after merchant have validated your transaction. Different categories or different type of user might have different type of reward.
How can my business user account receive reward from offline merchant?

Can I make my purchases directly with the Online Merchants featured in the Mahnee App?
No. In order to enjoy the Rewards, all transactions must happen within the Mahnee app. If we are not able to track your transaction, you will not be entitled to the Reward. Please ensure your transaction is completed with successful transaction payment. Should your transaction experience a failed transactions/failed payments, you will need to return to the Mahnee app and restart the purchase process from the beginning again.
